Return Policy and Terms of Purchase
Purchases of digital products, including PDF downloads and online materials, are subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are urged to review these carefully before making a purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchasing intangible products, PDF downloads, resource materials and online content are processed through payment gateways that use SSL encryption.
These payment gateways are safe and secure and accept all types of credit and debit cards in different countries. During this process, your data is not stored.

Additional fees for changes
If we set up the starter package together and adapt it optimally, additional fees will arise if someone later changes the scripts again.

Important: We are not liable for users who make changes independently. According to § 276 BGB (debtor’s liability), we are only liable for our own negligence and not for third-party intervention.

Since we are a large community with over 800 members, we would like to make it clear that any independent changes to the scripts will incur additional costs.

VIP Members
VIP members have the privilege of receiving up to 5 free sessions for customization and support.

Important: Only VIPs can sign up for these sessions and voice their concerns. After that, individual fees apply for further changes if the script needs to be changed or adapted again.

Refund and Right of Withdrawal
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is considered “used” once you have purchased, downloaded or opened it.
All purchases made on Zen DE are therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
Since the products available here are intangible, a strict non-refund policy applies.

According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not provided on a physical data carrier no longer applies as soon as the consumer consents to the execution of the contract and confirms his knowledge that this will void the right of withdrawal.

Changes by Golden Zen Planet
Zen DE reserves the right to change any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings, without prior notice.

Delivery of goods and services
If you do not receive the link to the digital product after purchase, you can immediately contact us via Discord with your transaction/payment details to ensure that your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal and return
Every customer who purchases our services confirms that he has no right of return or cancellation.
The right of withdrawal and return for distance selling contracts according to Section 312g Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code is excluded according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code if the goods are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications and tailored to his personal needs.

We therefore regret to inform you that no right of withdrawal can be asserted in this case.
